I had a mixed experience at the hotel. While the rooms were large and neatly redecorated, the lack of fresh air due to the inner court and some service issues were drawbacks. The location was vibrant and convenient, offering a splendid setting near various attractions.
I was pleasantly surprised by the large and neatly re-decorated room given without any extra charge. The farm fresh ambiance was charming; despite being moved to a different room on the second floor, it didn't quite meet my initial expectations.
The hotel has a great location, with a hip vibe and helpful staff. The rooms are understated but well thought through, although I wished for more blankets. The boutique on-site is a nice touch, and the simplicity of the rooms makes you feel at home with all the necessary amenities.

The location in an ancient palace in Galata is brilliant, placing you conveniently in the heart of the Old Town, a few minutes' walk from the Galata Tower and local tube station. The dining experience with its variety of elements was simply delicious. Overall, the historical building and fabulous location make it a great choice, though some enhancements could elevate the experience further.

The dining experience was phenomenal with freshly delivered Turkish breads and jams, offering a wonderful terrace view; however, the breakfast options were limited. Overall, a mixed experience with positive ecological design elements and friendly service, hampered by room location and dining limitations.
The hotel is in a fantastic location with a great vibe, offering well-thought-out rooms that are clean and comfortable. The staff is helpful and attentive, even watching items for guests. The boutique is a gem for finding small trinkets.
